Process audit
We walk the floor — receiving, storage, dispatch, billing — and document how stock and money actually move today, including the parts nobody wrote down.
Custom ERP covering inventory, sales, purchase, HR, payroll and finance — connected to Tally and your POS.
Off-the-shelf ERP asks you to change your business to match the software. Ours goes the other way: we build the modules you need, in the order you need them, around the way you already work.
Most clients start with the two modules causing the most pain — usually inventory and sales — and add the rest once the first ones are earning their keep. That keeps the initial cost sane and means you are never waiting a year to see value.
It connects to Tally so your accountant keeps the workflow they know, and to your POS so stock is accurate without anyone rekeying it.
Everything below is inside the fixed quote. Anything outside it we tell you about before starting, not after.
The same four stages every time, so you always know what happens next.
We walk the floor — receiving, storage, dispatch, billing — and document how stock and money actually move today, including the parts nobody wrote down.
We agree which modules come first, what each will do, and what the whole programme costs. You approve before we build.
Modules ship one at a time, each connected to Tally and your POS as it lands, so nothing is left to a big-bang integration at the end.
You run old and new side by side until the numbers match for a full cycle. Only then do we retire the old process.
Every engagement ends with the same handover, whether or not you continue with us afterwards. No hostage code, no accounts in our name.
Chosen for how long you will have to live with it, not for what is fashionable this year.
If yours is not here, call +91 91453 10264 and ask — we would rather answer it before you commit.
No, and most clients do not. Tally stays as the accounting system of record; the ERP feeds it and reads from it. Your accountant keeps the workflow they know.
Typically ₹5L to ₹30L depending on how many modules and integrations are in scope. You get a fixed quote after the process audit, not a range.
Either. Cloud is cheaper to run and easier to reach from multiple sites. On-premise makes sense where connectivity is poor or policy requires it. We deploy both.
We migrate it. Stock, customers, vendors, open orders and historical transactions get cleaned and imported, and we reconcile the totals with you before going live.
Send a brief or call directly. You get a clear plan and a fixed price, usually the same day.
